As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded with Doping within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>\n\n
The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement (email is acceptable) to support@doping.local. You may use the model withdrawal form below \u2014 it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding the additional cost of any non-standard delivery method you chose). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.<\/p>\n\n
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.<\/p>\n\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed health\/hygiene goods that have been opened, custom-made products, or perishable goods, in line with Art. 16 of EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>\n\n
