Defective or damaged products<\/h3>\n<p>If the product you received is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint within the warranty period. Email support@doping.local with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs if applicable.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Complaint review timeline<\/h3>\n<p>We respond to all complaints within 14 calendar days. If accepted, you may choose between repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund (where applicable).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Returns under right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>Consumers may return any product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason \u2014 see the &#8220;Right of Withdrawal&#8221; page for full details and the withdrawal form.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Return shipping<\/h3>\n<p>The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Return the product securely packaged to the address provided after your return request is approved.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund processing<\/h3>\n<p>Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is sent via the same payment method used for the original order, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Non-returnable items<\/h3>\n<p>Sealed health and hygiene products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in line with Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
