Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded with Doping within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Withdrawal period

The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2. How to exercise the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement (email is acceptable) to [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form below — it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding the additional cost of any non-standard delivery method you chose). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

4. Return of goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed health/hygiene goods that have been opened, custom-made products, or perishable goods, in line with Art. 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
