Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Doping online store and the conditions of distance sales agreements concluded through it.

1. General Provisions

Doping operates retail sales through its website. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Buyer may be either a consumer or a business customer.

2. Orders and Fulfilment

Orders may be placed through the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place an order, the Buyer must provide the data required for fulfilment and accept these Terms. The sales agreement is concluded when the Store confirms the order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the store are gross prices (VAT included) expressed in Euro (EUR). Available payment methods include credit/debit card, instant bank transfer, and Klarna or PayPal where supported.

4. Delivery

We ship across the European Union. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping option and are presented before checkout completion.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Detailed procedure is described in the “Right of Withdrawal” page.

6. Complaints and Defects

In the event of physical or legal defects of the product, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint under EU consumer protection law. Detailed procedure is described in the “Returns and Refunds” page.

8. Final Provisions
